I think chocolate bark is my new favorite snack! Back in October I made this Halloween Bark and I’m pre-tty sure I ate the entire thing myself. Boy was it good! I’m happy to report that I’ve had a little more self control with this Oreo and Mint M&M bark that I made recently. Oh, it’s not because it’s NOT good. It is delicious. I’ve just been a little more focused on making better choices and have been only been having one piece a day.
If you have never made bark, you will want to give it a whirl this Christmas season! It the perfect “little something extra” to add to a cookie tray. And what neighbor or teacher wouldn’t want to get some of this yumminess in a jar “just because”.

- Take a cookie sheet and cover in foil.
- Crush Oreos, pretzels and mint M&M’s and place in cookie sheet so the entire bottom is covered. (Leave some left over to sprinkle on top at the end.)
- Take half a bag of white chocolate chips, pour into microwave safe bowl and microwave on intervals of 10-15 seconds each time, stirring in between. Once the chips are melted, pour over half of the crushed treats.
- Take a baking spatula and smooth melted chocolate so that the treats on the bottom are covered.
- Repeat the melting process with the rest of the white chocolate chips and do the same making sure you have a nice smooth layer of white chocolate covering the crushed treats.
- Take the remaining crushed cookie mixture and sprinkle it on top of the white chocolate layer. Add some holiday sprinkles also.
- Put whole tray in freezer so that the chocolate sets – about 30-45 minutes.
- Remove foil from cookie sheet and begin breaking pieces of the bark off.
OMG, you are just feeding my Oreo addiction–this looks so, so delicious!
Thank you! It really is so yummy!! š I just made some more today! Stopped by your blog – so cute! Love the design. š XOXO
I am making your recipe today and my only question is about the; amount of pretzels to use..??
I bought a normal sized bag and probably used about a quarter to a half of it. The bottom layer consists of oreos, M&M’s and the pretzels so however much of each you need to cover the bottom of the cookie sheet. Hope that’s not too vague. š
That’s exactly what I needed to know – thank you so much! And Merry Christmas to you and yours š
This looks fabulous. Thank you for posting!
Would crushed peppermint work in place of or in additional to the M&Ms?
I don’t see why not! You can really put whatever you want in it. š
how many pretzels? what size cookie sheet? I was thinking a rimmed sheet?
The amount of pretzels is up to you. Since your bottom layer consists of oreos, M&M’s and pretzels, it’s up to you how much of each you want. You may want to go heavier on one than the other. I used a standard cookie sheet – not huge – just regular size and yes, it was a rimmed sheet.
Could ypu please email me this recipe. My kids and yes that includes my hibby lol would love this
This looks tasty. I might have to try it š
these look fantastic!
Oh they are, and slightly addicting! ha ha
Very easy to make, also to make it your own….
How many pieces or servings? I have a goodie exchange at work with 10 people and would like to give each person 3 pieces. Curious if one batch will be enough. Probably 2 is better
Hmmmm, let me think. I *think* I gave 2-3 pieces per gift (it was mixed with cookies) and I gave maybe 8 gifts. That was with just one batch. You’re right. 2 batches might be better. š
