I am delighted to be guest posting for Diana here at The Girl Creative. Over the next few months, I will be sharing printable and gift ideas with you. Today, let’s start with some animal bookmark printables for children.
Do you have a little bookworm in your life? Perhaps you would like to encourage your child to read more. Quick to make, these sweet bookmarks are just what you need.
I love envelope-sized gifts. An extra surprise to pop in with a card or letter. I also love books as gifts. The choice of children’s books is amazing — if you are ever struggling for a gift idea, you can guarantee there is a book out there that will be a perfect fit. There is nothing quite like a book to ignite a child’s imagination and to open up a world of adventure. Why not pop one of these bookmarks on the corner of your next book gift?
To make these you will need:
- PDF download (TGC_Animal_Bookmarks)
- Lightweight card stock
- Scissors and glue
To make:
- Print out your download (TGC_Animal_Bookmarks)
- Cut out the animal shape
- Fold along the lines indicated
- Glue the tab
- Fold closed and you are done
With these little guys keeping guard of their pages, I am sure any child would be pleased to get back to their book.
