There’s been a quite a bit of washi tape crafts on the ‘ol blog lately huh? First I shared my Washi Tape Notepads that made a great teacher appreciation gift and then my new paper craft contributor, Elizabeth, shared how to make Faux Washi Tape using stamps and today I’ll be sharing with you how to make these adorable mini washi tape note cards in just 15 minutes.
I’m participating in a Craft Lightning Challenge with The Country Chic Cottage and 30 Minute Crafts and the challenge was to come up with a project that only takes 15 minutes to complete. Now, being the simple girl that I am, I love quick, fast crafts and these mini note cards are just that.
The Supplies
Blank Index Cards
Washi Tape
Corner Rounder Paper Punch (optional)
Stamp Pads
Stamps
Step One: Decide how many cards you want to make and then use your corner rounder and round all the corners on those index cards.
Step Two: Fold each card in half and then grab a strip of washi tape and center it right on the crease. Trim off excess tape to make smooth edges.
Step Three: Grab your ink and rubber stamps and stamp a design on the front. You can do the inside if you like also.
Step Four: (optional) Punch holes in the corner of the cards and loop some string or ribbon through the hole. Attach to gift bag if you don’t have a full size card on hand.
Ta-dah! You are done!
