Give these Pot of Gold Rainbows out to your kids and friends to put a smile on their face on St. Patrick’s Day!
We are not a family who typically celebrates St. Patrick’s Day. I’m a full blooded Italian and my husband is a combo of things with I think some Irish thrown in for good measure. I’ve never had corned beef and cabbage or Irish Soda Bread. I have no idea what “Erin Go Bragh” means. I don’t decorate for St. Patrick’s Day or make Leprechaun Traps with my kids. Our toilet bowl never has green water in it on March. 17. BUT. I DO love holiday themed treats and I know there are TONS of people who too so how could I pass up the opportunity to create something a little fun and festive for St. Patrick’s Day?
This little guy is so easy and quick to make you can bang out a bunch of them in no time flat! Here’s what you’ll need to pull this off!

Rainbow Tags
These are super easy to assemble. I used 4 Rolos at the bottom of the tube and filled the rest up with Skittles. I secured the lid with washi tape and added the rainbow tag with baker’s twine. I used my 2.25″ Scallop Paper Punch to cut out the tags. Simple and festive all at the same time!
These Pot of Gold Rainbows can literally be given to anyone in your life who is special to you. Who is your pot of gold? When I think of all the treasures in my life I think of my family of course. I also think of the many friends that God has blessed me with. They are all my pot of gold.

ERIN GO BRAGH—-usually translated into Ireland Forever.
