Help! I am trying to log in to get the free printables and it keeps telling me they don’t match. So I tried to go where I lost my password and now it tells me I am locked out. I have the password written down and inputed it correctly. So I need to get unlocked and I don’t know enter the password or change the password something.
I sent you an email. š
It did the same to me and when I finally changed it I downloaded the files but they are PD not SVG.

These are not downloading as cut files. They are downloading as PDF. There is no SVG at all.
I sent you an email. To get the SVGS you simply have to add your name and email address in the subscribe box and the download automatically begins. To get the PDFs you need to go through the shop. Hope this helps clarify things.
