Cadbury Creme Easter eggs are most definitely my favourite type of Easter confectionery and I look forward to them every year. The combination of thick chocolate shell and the sweet, oozy insides are just to die for. The Caramello ones, filled with sticky caramel are almost just as good too. Almost.
I love this recipe. It’s a cheat’s version for Cadbury Creme eggs. This is a cheesecake version with lemon curd yolks, yet it looks deceptively real, does it not?
These will be a hit this Easter, I can guarantee you that.
