A few weeks ago I came across some cute Valentine’s Day cards in the dollar section at Target so I picked them up knowing that I’d find some way to use them. The envelopes were brown and the cards were just simple hearts in red and pinks and they make the perfect Valentine’s Day Banner.

Washi Tape
Doilies
I just created a pattern: Envelope, solid heart, doily. Repeat. So simple and it literally took me minutes to do. I just realized that all of the supplies came from Target. Even the cute polka dot washi tape.
