I’m a big fan of desserts and being that Weight Watchers is my “go to” weight loss program I rounded up 10 low point weight watchers desserts. I lost a bunch of weight on it years ago when I was in my late teens and I’ve had huge successes with it in my adult years. I love it because you can eat your favorite foods and still stay on plan. I have to say that I’ve been able to find plenty of main entrees to eat but always seem to struggle finding low point Weight Watchers desserts. I decided to do some research I hope you like the results I came up with!

THanks for such a great list of ww recipes. Could you tell me if the points you have listed are under the old system of points or are they the new points plus numbers? Thanks.
Thanks for the great recipes. I’m back on Weight Watchers and I love these ideas. Bookmarking your page!
Thanks for sharing all of these delicious looking low-cal desserts! I’m working on eating better and this will definitely fit the bill. Happily Pinning š
Good thing these are low points because I’m ready to eat! =)
Even eating healthier also helps us to keep fit and my grandma used to say that we have to eat a lot to stay fit.
GREAT resource! Pinning for sure!!
Oooh, those all look so good! I love seeing WW points on recipes because, even if I am not actively doing WW at the time, it still helps me a good idea of how good/bad something is for me.
This is a really useful and eye-opening post!!! I need to take a leaf out of your book!
Great ideas!! Are the points listed the old point system or points plus?
Wonderful blog! I found it while browsing on Yahoo News.
Do you have any suggestions on how to get listed in Yahoo News?
I’ve been trying for a while but I never seem to get there! Thanks
Thanks so much for including my recipe. These all look amazing – can’t wait to try the others!
